SALT LAKE CITY – Houston Rocket Center Clint Capela, who perhaps had the worst performance this season in the Rocket's 107-91 Game 4 defeat of Utah Jazz on Monday, told ESPN that he fought two respiratory illnesses during the series.
Capela, who had missed a sickness illness a few days before the series began, said a Sunday visit to a doctor in Salt Lake City who prescribed medication and eye drops diagnosed adenovirus and Klebsiella infection.
Capela, whose eyes were extremely bloodshot, was told that it would be four or five days before he fully recovered.
"It's tough, man," Capela said to ESPN, having scored four points on of-6 shooting and seven rebounds in loss. "Especially when I try to breathe, it's hard, I'll just fight it as good as I can."

In the 4-minute lap of Capela, the missiles were 20 points better than ever. It was his second worst plus minus of the season after a loss of -22 in a December 6 defeat in Utah.
