Roddy Alves announced her new name and opened up for her baby plans after the transition.
The bomb presented to Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes as Jessica Alves that morning.
Jessica, 39, dropped the bomb she’d like to get in the next three years.
The beauty expressed her hopes of having a child and living with someone who loves her in her beautiful home in southern Spain.
She said: “I would like to have a child, a baby. I have a nice house in southern Spain.
“In three years, I imagine myself gardening with someone who loves me and taking care of my baby.”
Jessica has to go under the knife to do three more surgeries to complete her transition.
It was a costly transition with a £ 25,000 breast augmentation, hip, knee and foot injections over five days in Brazil for £ 35,000.
The blonde bomb also removed her Adam’s apple and six-pack, subjected to facial feminization and a dose of female hormones.
Jessica said, “I still need two or three surgeries to complete the transition. Then I swear forever that I am done with plastic surgery. There is only so much that can be endured.
“Every time I go to surgery it’s scary to be who I am. I have to go through all of this.”
It was a gender-specific photo shoot that revived her desire to become a woman.
After Jessica returned home, she secretly started cross-dressing while keeping all lingerie away from the shoot.
“I struggled against the fact that I was always a woman within me,” she said.
“I kept the lingerie, I started dressing secretly, I came home and I secretly dressed, nobody knew that it really made me feel like me.”
Although she has a supportive family, she lost friends after her transition.
She said: “My friends, I assumed were like very good friends, they are no longer friends.
“Many of my friends cannot relate to the new self that I respect. I will not force anyone to be my friend.”
