BIG NEWS OF THE WEEK
We are less than two months from the biggest event of the year, and this week we have a lot of new details!

"I would not be surprised if she chooses a Canadian designer, but something that either has her roots or respects the country she's meddling with."
A source tells ET that in addition to Prince George and Princess Charlotte's roles as a page boy and flower girl, Meghan also includes a few other children in the ceremony. Her mates, Jessica and Ben Mulroney's daughter Ivy, will join Charlotte as a flower girl.
According to the source, other options include Page Boy and Flower Girl Benita Litt's daughters, whom Meghan has called her "Fairy Goddess Daughters". on her Instagram page before she deleted it as part of the royal etiquette. Mark Dyer, who has been Harry's mentor since the assassination of his mother, Princess Diana, has a young son, Jasper, whom the source believes to be a Page Boy as well.
Who will be on Meghan's side on her special day? "Meghan has some very close friends who can help as a maid of honor." Lindsay Roth is her best friend from Northwestern [University] Heather Dorak [her Pilates trainer] from Los Angeles and Jessica Mulroney are her closest friends, "the source said. "Meghan served as Lindsay's maid of honor when she married a year ago, and Jessica helps Meghan with her dress and other elements of the wedding, so maybe she's too busy that day."
"Meghan's close confidant, Markus Anderson, who accompanied her to the Invictus Games, could also be considered for a significant role, perhaps a reading like James Middleton's sister's wedding [Pippa]," the source continues , "Mark will most likely be at the wedding to support Meghan and Harry as he did throughout their relationship."
Kensington Palace also announced Wednesday that 250 members of the British forces will play a special role in Meghan's and Harry's wedding. The 33-year-old king, who completed two tours in Afghanistan in April 2006 after joining The Blues and Royals, is expected to wear his military uniform at the wedding, as did his brother, Prince William, when he made a covenant with Kate Middleton in 2011.
"Regiments and units that have a special relationship with Prince Harry will provide ceremonial support at the wedding and cart procession at the request of Kensington Palace," it said in a statement. Markle is pleased that members of the armed forces will play a special role in their marriage.
