It has long been suspected that Naughty Dog's sequel could be Sony's Murderer 2019, and it seems to make sense to stop and think about it. Between this, Ghost of Tsushima and Death Stranding, for example, The Last of Us: Part II always looked like it was the most complete of Sony's exclusive lineup. And now we have a Peruvian retailer – LawGamers – announcing a release date for October 2019. Okay, we know what you think – retailers have a habit of spying on alleged data and new games, and in many cases, these "leaks" are not much. That may well be the case here, but let's not forget that Sony has recently hosted its destination PlayStation event, where games are presented to retailers and publishers. We suspect that this supposed leak is a consequence of this event.  The old saying goes that there is no smoke without fire, and The Last of Us: Part II is currently covered in smoke.
