Surprise! Sacha Baron Cohen returns to television.
Showtime announced Monday that the provocative comedian secretly filmed a seven-episode satirical comedy for the network premiering this month.
The Show – Titled Who Is America? – Baron Cohen, 46, will be seen as an undercover journalist.
And while the spectators still have to see his final appearance, his disguise seems to have worked. In a teaser for the upcoming show, he interviews former Vice President Dick Cheney and asks him to sign a "Waterboard Kit".
"This is a novelty," says Cheney, 77, as he adds his signature to an empty water bottle. "This is the first time I sign a Waterboard Kit."
According to the official description of Who is America? The show will "explore the various individuals, from the notorious to the unknown, the political and cultural spectrum that populate our unique nation."

Who is America? is due to premiere on Sunday, July 15 at midnight.
