The full statement of Zacks is below (via Pitchfork):

Today we bow to Sag Sasquatch a warm farewell! I will not produce the festival anymore, nor will it take place in 2019.

The festival started 17 years ago with a hunch, only with name and instinct, for something with a unique Northwest flair, on Memorial Day weekend, at one of the most beautiful places on earth – The Gorge

17 years is a long time to do everything. The Beatles lasted only 8 years, a fact that is so hard to believe. While we did nothing as indelible as "Hey Jude," the festival left a lasting impression and was proud of an independent spirit.

Sasquatch! will forever remain a carpet of the people who worked with us, the artists who inspired us, and the diverse experiences of the fans who visited them … from friendships, engagements, weddings to weddings, permanent tattoos, unique ones Collaborations, weather events both treacherous and great, at least a very public performance, and of course hundreds of awe-inspiring performances. My humble gratitude to you all.

May the spirit make Sasquatch! so special live.

Continue to the next adventure,

Adam Zacks
