The New Hampshire man accused of opening fire at a wedding is the stepson of a minister shot earlier this month.
Degree murder on the death of Minister Luis Garcia, NBC Boston reports.
A celebration of life for Garcia was planned after the wedding in the same church in Pelham, New Hampshire, New Hampshire. WBTS
Garcia was killed on October 1 at his home in Londonderry, 16 km from Pelham. The groom's son, Brandon Castiglione (24), was charged with second-degree murder in his death, NBC Boston reported.
Now Garcia's step-son Dale Holloway (37) is charged with attempted murder, assault and other crimes at the wedding on Saturday, authorities said
Benjamin Agati, deputy attorney general of New Hampshire, said the investigators were investigating whether the related to both incidents, NBC Boston reported.
Three people were injured in the wedding shootings, including the groom Mark Castiglione. 60, who was hit with an object in the head, and the bishop of the New England Pentecostal Church, Stanley Choate, 75, who was shot. Choate was hospitalized in a serious condition.
NBC Boston reported earlier this month that Garcia was trying to help Brandon Castiglione "in a difficult time".
