Short studies of sweaty exercises help you lose more weight than do a run or long gymnastics, according to a study.
The researchers found that 23 minutes of high-intensity interval training was more effective than 41 minutes of conventional training.
This resulted in 29 percent more weight loss than conventional gyms.
The results indicate that HIIT is ideal for people who follow the recommended guidelines. Work out for at least one hour every day.

Typically, HIIT requires 30 seconds of intense effort, such as sprinting, cycling or Burpees, followed by short recovery periods.
Researchers from the UK and Brazil studied 36 S tudia involving more than 1,000 people. However, they warned that HIIT is associated with an increased risk of injury or stress on the heart.
Mr. Ward added, "The most important thing is to find a training program that is fun and sustainable."
