A wild new Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Glitch has been discovered and is truly a sight. As shown by Master0fHyrule on YouTube, the glitch shows seemingly endless Waluigi Assist trophies, slipping the game into a purple nightmare.
You can try to trigger the glitch for yourself by using two Isabelle characters one step at a time and using the fishing rod for a Waluigi Assist Trophy at the same time. If you do this right and maybe you're lucky, one of the Isabels will use the Assist trophy over and over again until the end of time. This apparently works not only with the Waluigi Assist Trophy, but also with many others. Watch the video below to see it in action. The infinite assistant to the trophy "Assist Trophy" has apparently been spotted by TheAfrowJow, and you can watch the video here on YouTube at Glitch.
Waluigi is not a playable character in Smash Bros. Ultimate, but Nintendo is aware of the reason for interest in getting him into the game. Whether this ever happens or not remains to be seen.
Smash Bros. Ultimate launched earlier this month and had a record start in Japan, where it posted the highest sales revenue in the history of the Smash series in Canada Japan. Sales figures for the United States and other parts of the world have not yet been announced.
The game has an enormous list of players and more fighters with character enhancements will be added after launch – including Persona 5's Piranha Plant and Joker. We have our own list of characters we want to see.
In our ultimate review for Super Smash Bros., Edmond Tran gave the game a 9/10 and wrote, "An inconsistent online mode and situational downers do not stop Super Shash's Bros. Ultimate from being a flexible multiplayer game like that be liberal or as firm as you wish. "
