A school bus with several children crashed and dumped on the New Jersey Turnpike, but no serious injuries were reported.
State Police said no other vehicles were involved in the accident, which occurred at 11:40 on Friday near South Milestone 29.8 in Cherry Hill. The bus landed on the roadside on the side.
About 30 people were aboard the bus, including 20 children who had minor injuries. They were treated at Cooper University Hospital.
The authorities did not know if the children were part of an organized group, although most of them wore the same color shirts. Most of them stood on their grassy shoulders as they waited for a replacement bus to pick them up.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
