Twitch announced that they will only release subscriber streams for selected streamers. Several big names responded to this message, including Ben & # 39; DrLupo & # 39; Lupo, Jaryd & # 39; Summit1g & # 39; Lazar and Felix & # 39; xQc & # 39; Lengyel.
It flew slightly under The Radar but Twitch already tested Subscriber Only Streams but now they are officially in beta.
This means that a Twitch partner or partner who has no community strikes can only use an option for subscribers not only for their chat but also for the stream itself.
Summit1g is one of Twitch's first great personalities.
It's still up to the streamers to decide whether to use the new feature or not, but the fact that it exists is a source of concern to many viewers.
However, many of the streamers have dispelled these worries, as subscriber streams probably would not work as well as they would alienate many viewers.
Big streamers give their opinion on sub-only streams. Summit jokingly said the new feature was "disgusting," but he's still going to become a subscription-only streamer.
Honestly, he said he'd like to see someone try it out and see what impact it has on a stream. Most likely, you will not see any giant streamer risking this.
I know everyone is in turmoil about these sub-stream-only abilities. It disgusts me.
Besides, I will only be a sub-streamer now. Later.

Actually, I want to see someone who tries it every day, just to experiment.

Lupo explained how he could have used it when his father died, to prevent people from monetizing his reaction, and to prevent Stream snipers got into his matches.
"If you do this in a sub-only stream, the number of videos produced to benefit from my reaction to his death would be reduced," he tweeted. "Had prevented the number of" lol yur dad died "from dying in the following weeks on non-subs, I think.

xQc, who has an opinion on virtually everything, said he has some reservations about the new feature.
"Sub-streams only, dude, I mean mine Mind you, I have many concerns, "he said, without going too much into detail.
Sports personality Rod & # 39; Slasher & # 39; Wroclaw says we need not worry about Twitch ever going to a cam Girl's website will do that as in the Chatting Only section.
Do not worry that sub-stream Turn your Twitch into a cam site. Just Chatting has already done that.

It sounds like many streamers agree with Slasher's opinion. TSM member Daequan Loco said he would take advantage of this by looking at some Twerk streams intended only for sub-users.
The main concern of viewers is that streamers block their content, but many would agree that this would lead to a rapid death of their channel.
It sounds like we just have to wait and see what impact this has on the twitch world when it takes steam under streamers.
