Jackie Szabo put the clip online on Wednesday after her security check Cameras in Ashland, Ohio, recorded the nature of the crime.
She said to Fox 35: "It's cute. My son is a soldier in the air and a veteran of the US Army. This is something very special for me.
In the video, the man walks past the pillows in his FedEx uniform after a delivery. They catch his eye and he stops to rearrange them before he starts.
