"It is best to avoid processed meat as much as possible, as it is generally energy dense and may contain high levels of salt, and it is known that some preservative methods used to make processed meat (e.g. As smoking, salting and smoking), carcinogens, "says the report.
Carcinogens are substances that are radioactive and known to affect a person's DNA, making them susceptible to cancer.
Processed meat refers to meat that is converted by salting, smoking, smoking, fermentation or other processes to improve taste or improve preservation.
Depending on the type of preparation, according to the report, processed meat may contain salami, bacon and some sausages.
Although the report states that meat can be a valuable source of nutrients – mainly iron, zinc, proteins and vitamin B12, it is not an essential part of a healthy diet.
