The Dow Jones Industrial Average and S & P 500 Index continue to have positive but overbought weekly charts with the Dow still "Inflating parabolic bubble." Weekly closes below 26,085 and 2,880.45, respectively.

The NASDAQ Composite has been downgraded to negative and the Dow Jones Transportation Average has been downgraded to neutral. [19659005] The Russell 2000 ended September with a negative weekly chart and last week's decline had the small average rating 200-day simple moving average at 1,618.99.

Overseas, Japan's Nikkei 225 ended last week with a positive but overbought Fibonacci Retracement at 22,967 of its huge decline since the end of 1989.
