The Jackson Hole News & Guide reports 18 Gerardo Becerra filed a lawsuit against battery, battery and false detention in a Wyoming court against Vanessa Schultz.
Schultz is a police officer in Colorado and was on vacation when she heard a loud noise and guessed that a teen nearby ran a crime. Becerra ran to catch a bus.
