Tekashi's lawyer wants everyone to know that his client is no snitch.
TMZ clearly has a direct connection to lawyer Lance Lazzaro of Tekashi 6ix9ine. The latest news that is slipped out of the clubhouse is actually a show of strength – or a commitment to their cause. That's right, Tekashi 6ix9ine, Lance Lazarro and his legal team swear never to make a deal. If you remember, yesterday we learned that the federal authorities were confident that they had evidence to definitively close Mr. Hernandez. Well, it turned out they had sent a copy of their dossier to Lance Lazarro and his team, hoping to launch a Pleas deal. But Lazarro wants everyone to know that Tekashi will not return to the scavenger hunt.
"A plea is just off the table, even if the federal authorities offer one," Lazarro told TMZ while sticking to the script. It looks like Tekashi 6ix9ine is ready to go to court at any cost. To become an informant for short-term gains would haunt him in his next incarnation, if you will.
As reported, the Feds allegedly have pictures that link Tekashi to a series of crimes in the New York area, but no evidence holds him as a weapon for the matter. Lazarro claims that his client "was never part of a conspiracy, plain and simple, and never participated in incidents alleged by the government," the record says.
