In addition, the prosecutors agreed not to prosecute crimes committed at 69, of which he reported to prosecutors, but they have not yet been charged.
The plea also reads: "It is well known that the defendant's cooperation will reveal the activities of individuals and that witness protection may be required at a later date." This may sound like that because the testimony of 69 hardened criminals implicated, who are accused of extremely violent crimes.
It's up to the judge to decide the punishment … but the prosecutors say if Tekashi keeps talking, he'll take a giant break … "If the defendant cooperates successfully, the government agrees to submit to the federal government will be the time of the conviction of an application … for a penalty below a compulsory minimum.
