Ten people were shot dead after a carnival in the Moss Side area of Manchester.
Armed officers of the Greater Manchester Police (GMP) were summoned to Claremont Road on Sunday at 2:30 pm.
Frightening material from the bloody episodes shows a panicky group screaming and asking a voice, "Can you hear me?".
After the Caribbean Carnival, which ended a few hours ago, there were more people in the area, the troupe added.
