In this episode of our CleanTech Talk podcast interview series, Chanan Bos and I sat down with Zac from the hugely popular YouTube show Now You Know. We talked almost exclusively about Tesla, but also about the Now You Know show and some other cleantech topics. You can listen to the entire one-hour conversation in the embedded player below. In the first third of this podcast discussion, we talked about launching Zac and Jesse's YouTube channel "Now You Know," some of the things we love about their show, Tesla communication and marketing, Elon Musk. Management, Tesla delivery problems, an idea for a unique Tesla sales process, a potential 100% business relocation and more. At the end of this section, I noted a quotation from Ashley Vance's biography of Elon Musk, in which Musk noted that the stores were only a temporary solution. In other words, the idea to dig stores was years in the making!

In the second third of the discussion, we discussed a bit more about our personal stories with Tesla Communications and the man himself (Elon), as Tesla's leadership was developing the auto industry and even the electric vehicle policy throughout World (including in China), renewable energy, micro-networks (Zac had a lot of fun things to say about microwaves), Tesla short sellers, Big Auto, Big Oil, "The Tesla Smear", the impact of so many FUD on the general Consumer market and how or why the media are being played so often.

In the last third of the podcast In Chat, we talked further about consumer awareness, the total cost of ownership of Tesla Model 3, Joe Rogan, Tesla Marketing (again), Elon Musk (again), the demand for Tesla Model 3, Tesla quarterly parachute, the Model 3 versus the Model S, the crazy quality of the Tesla Model 3, a possible later Model 2, American pick-ups, Rivian and the Tesla pick-up.
