Tesla (TSLA) Battery Day and 2020 Shareholder Meeting News Hub

Tesla (TSLA) is holding its Battery Day and 2020 Annual General Meeting today, and we will post all the major news from the event on this Electrek News Hub.

The event – or both, depending on how you view them – will be held at Tesla’s 901 Page Avenue facility in Fremont, California.

It’s supposed to start at 1:30 p.m. PDT / 4:30 p.m. EDT (and you can check your own time zone here), but delays are possible and even likely. After all, it’s a Tesla event.

Tesla Annual General Meeting 2020

Tesla will begin its 2020 Annual General Meeting.

General meetings begin with votes on official items, which this year include the re-election of some directors, including Elon Musk himself, ratification of Tesla̵

7;s accounting firm, and voting on some proposals from shareholders, including Tesla, which does paid advertising.

According to the official articles, CEO Elon Musk and at times other Tesla executives will answer questions from shareholders in the audience and online.

Tesla Battery Day

Tesla will start its Battery Day presentation immediately after the Annual General Meeting.

We don’t know exactly what this presentation will look like, but Tesla is expected to explain its plan to increase battery supply, including by producing its own new battery cells.
