The 7ft robotic arm of the Mars 2020 Rover is installed

In Pasadena, California, the main robot arm will be installed on the Mars 2020 Rover. (ON
A smaller arm for Mars samples will also be installed in the Rover.)
The main arm contains five electric motors and five joints (known as
Shoulder – azimuth – joint, shoulder – elevation joint, elbow joint, wrist and
Revolver joint). With a length of 2.1 meters, the arm allows the
Rover would work as a human geologist by holding and using scientific tools
with his tower, which is essentially his "hand".

The rover's tower

Mars 2020 is launched by the Cape Canaveral Air Force
Station in Florida in July 2020. It will land at Jezero Crater on February 1
