The Best Weight Loss Exercises – Paternal

Here's some good news for those who want to lose a few pounds: they do not have to run ten miles a day to lose weight. Studies suggest that walking ten miles per day is inferior to shorter sprints and other high-intensity interval workouts (HIITs).

Studies from the University of Western Ontario compared short and intense workouts with less intense endurance cardio. One group of participants completed four to six 30-second sprints while the other group ran at a brisk but comfortable pace for 30 to 60 minutes. Participants who sprint burned more than twice as much body fat as runners. This is by no means the only study that concludes that weight training and sprint are more effective than running, especially when it comes to belly fat delivery. HIIT training and weight lifting exercises allow your body to burn more calories all day long. One study found that you burned up to 800 calories more throughout the day after completing a hard workout.

Instead of focusing on palpitations, try to train your cardiovascular system with high intensity building up of fat loss muscles with strength training. Include exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups and depressed jumps. Along with a balanced diet, this ensures that the number on the scale never exceeds what is healthy for you. But do not worry if you try to write your own workout ̵
