The authorities responded to the scene, noting that the vehicle had "fallen into the bus platform at Westboro Station," causing numerous bus and platform injuries, according to police

"The upper deck of the bus was compromised and several people were trapped in the upper floor for some time." Press release said. "Most of the most serious injuries occurred on the upper right side of the bus."
An investigation has been initiated to determine the cause of the crash, police said, adding that the bus driver had been arrested "and is being interviewed."
