The US Coast Guard said Wednesday it was looking for a British crew member who had boarded a Royal Caribbean cruise ship in the Atlantic.
20-year-old Arron Hough, 26, was 267 miles off northwest Puerto Rico. On Tuesday, a spokesman for the Coast Guard's 7th District said in a telephone interview to Reuters. Hough was a performer of the musical "Grease", which was played according to Miami Herald on board the ship.
When the Coast Guard became aware of the incident, the ship of the Harmony of the Seas departed from its ship The home port of Fort Lauderdale made its first stop on the island of St. Maarten on its seven-day Caribbean route, the Miami Herald had previously passed over https://hrld.us/2QTSl9S reports.
The coastguard stated that they are still looking for Hough with an airplane and a cutter ship.
Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd did not respond to a request for comment. According to media reports, Hough did not quote for work on Tuesday.
