The Elder Scrolls VI is so secretive that Todd Howard does not even bite his child

We were all waiting impatiently for a word – every word – for the next Elder Scrolls episode. Do not get me wrong, The Elder Scrolls Online has been fun for a while, but I play Skyrim again. As much as I love it, I'm ready for a new single-player TES adventure. It seems I'm in good company because even Todd Howard's own son itches for a follower of The Elder Scrolls V.

Howard, who directed both Skyrim and Fallout 4, recently appeared at the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences (AIAS) The Game Maker's Notebook Podcast. Ted Price of Insomniac Games conducted the interview.

In it Howard told how he turned his youngest son to the switch version of Skyrim and created a little monster.

"He was too young to play Skyrim when it came out," he said. "Then, when Skyrim came out on Switch, I said," Well, you played a lot of Zelda, I think you like Skyrim. The short story is: he was obsessed with it.

The young man was so fascinated by TESV that he drives Howard to the wall with constant questions like "What's the matter with the Thalmor" and "What's your favorite Daedra?"

His son finally got the Xbox Version so he could play with mods. This new obsession made him even more stubborn with his dad and insisted on showing him what all his favorite mods were doing.

Howard first thought it was great He was interested in a product he was involved in, but after a while, the constant "Skyrim dies, Skyrim das" came to him. "I get enough at work," he said. Let us talk about something else. Be careful what you want for Todd, his son asks for the perfect opening and asks, "Okay, when is El coming Scrolls VI? "

" And I mean, Uhh, I will not talk about it now, too ", Howard replied, but it was too late.

Now instead of asking him dad his innermost thought about Skyrim's philosophy , the boy turns on all things TESVI like, "Can I give you my ideas? May I work on it? Come on, tell me a few things, I will not tell anyone.

"Well, you could, so I will not say anything," was Howard's answer.

Bethesda's secrecy would suffice to blush the CIA.

Howard had many interesting things to do with his life and the conversation during his conversation with Price If you want to hear the entire interview, you can read it on the AIAS podcast page.
