Jackson Odell's Death Cause Revealed
The 20-year-old most known for playing Ari Caldwell at ABC The Goldbergs from 2013 to 2015 died of an accidental overdose, PEOPLE confirmed. The Los Angeles County Coroner Office ruled that Odell's cause of death was "acute heroin and cocaine toxicity" and was classified as "an accident" mode.

Odell was born on June 8 in a sober house in Los Angeles found dead.
"There were no utensils or legal drugs on the scene," Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter told people back then. He was found to be unresponsive.

After his death, Odell's family was released a statement on Twitter.
"The Odell family has lost our beloved son and brother, Jackson Odell, on Friday," the statement read. "He will always be a radiant light and a brilliant, loving and talented soul, he had so much more to share, our family will always carry that truth."

Odells career included small roles in Private Practice Modern Family, iCarly and Detained Development. He was also a singer-songwriter who contributed several original songs to the soundtrack for the film 2018 Forever My Girl.
