Like its mobile counterpart, it provides access to flights, hotels, travel packages and other relevant information in one place. The menu on the left contains tabs that give you access to these details. If you're signed in to your Google Account, you can also receive travel suggestions based on your location and previous searches. It can also track all the places and flights you have stored so you can return to the place where you left off.
Once you have already booked hotels and flights, the information will automatically be added to your schedules as long as you have received an email confirming the bookings. The portal also records the hotels and activities that you have viewed and saved in the near future. However, if you feel uncomfortable about giving Google so much information about your trip, you can opt-out by changing the Private Results and the Web and App Activity settings.
In addition to the new portal, Google has also rollouted A map update that highlights popular neighborhoods in the place you visit by describing what they are known for. In the coming months, Google will also make your hotel and restaurant reservations accessible via Maps.
