JP Games, directed by Final Fantasy's Studio XV director Hajime Tabata, has announced The Pegasus Dream Tour the first official video game of the International Paralympic Committee , It is created under the concept of "taking RPG to the next level and creating a rich future with games", and will be launched globally in 2020 for "various platforms including smartphones".
The game was founded with the aim of increasing the popularity of Paralympic sports with the opening of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games in 500 days.

The Pegasus Dream Tour the first title released by JP Games, is a completely new sports RPG in which players participate in virtual Paralympic games held in a fantasy metropolis called Pegasus City. Here, players awaken their special abilities or "Xtra Power" in an alternate world of Paralympics, which is dynamically rendered in a way that only video games can achieve. The creators plan to make the "Pegasus Dream Tour" available on various platforms, including smartphones.
"Before the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics, we want to explore innovative ways to interact with new and younger global audiences," said International Paralympics Committee President Andrew Parsons in a press release.
