For the first time in decades: Women claim that Bahari, a candidate for the Miss International beauty contest in Manila, claims that Tehran has published the red ad on false charges to silence its anti-government rhetoric CNN reported.

Earlier this year, the beauty queen appeared at a recent competition with the flag of the former Iranian monarchy and a photo on exiled opposition leader Reza Pahlavi, CNN said.
She has reported to the media that she believes she was targeted by the Iranian government along with her political commitment and expressed support for women's rights.
