Details on the sudden death of "Grandma" Mary Duggar are known.

Mary, who often appeared with her family in the TLC shows "19 Kids & Counting" and "Counting On," died Sunday in a swimming pool in an accident. Washington coroner Roger Morris confirmed this TODAY to the US.
