The Persona video game franchise has set a new sales record. Developer Atlus announced in a blog post (translated by VentureBeat) that the entire series now has over 10 million copies sold.
This number includes the sold copies in the main series, which previously had five entries, as well as the rotary -offs. Atlus did not announce a breakdown in sales by title, but it has already been announced that Persona 5 alone had postponed 2.7 million copies.
The new 10 million come after the persona publisher Sega announced in its financial report 2018 that the series had been reached. From October 2018, 9.3 million copies were delivered.
