Following the release and subsequent positive reception of Steam, the third-person game The First Tree will be broadcast on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. While a release date was not announced, developer David Wehl said in a press release that he is aiming for an end of 2018 release window. Studio DO Games was hired to work at the ports.
Recently nominated for the Best Game and Best Music at the Emotional Games Awards, The First Tree follows the story of two interconnected creatures: a fox of their missing boy and a son who returns with it his alienated father in Alaska. An official review is as follows:
Players take control of the Fox on a poignant and beautiful journey that leads Crescendos to the source of life and perhaps an understanding of death. Along the way, players can discover artefacts and stories from the son's life as they move into the fox's journey towards The First Tree

- Featuring a great soundtrack by acclaimed artists such as Message to Bears, Lower Case and Josh Kramer.
- Solve a short game (about an hour and a half) about story with some light puzzle and flatten it out.
