The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 may turn yellow. It could look like that

Galaxy Note 9 in soft yellow? Sure, but that's not the yellow color we imagined. And here's why …

After so many Galaxy Note 9 shines in the last few months, Samsung has finally set a date for the long-awaited "Unpacked" event, where the 9th grade will be released – 9th August

As usual, the company has given us a short video, this time with the S-Pen, which is said to offer a number of improvements over previous models, but there is something else that has caught our attention. The color of the stylus shown in the teaser video. When he saw it, the first thought that came to his mind was:

What color is that?

It's obviously yellow, but take a closer look. It has this filthy quality and it's nothing like the "gold" colors we've seen on the Galaxy S7, S8, S9 and Note 8. It looks much more saturated and glaring, but that does not bother me. It just does not look like & # 39; pure & # 39; Yellow that's what makes it funny. In fact, many people would equate this color to a certain body fluid unfavorably, but it is probably just an illusion.

After the video was given a second clock, it became obvious that this was probably a result of the rendering technique used to create it. Notice the deep blue background in front of which everything is taking place. The S-Pen shown in the teaser is actually a 3D model and consists of different materials with different reflection properties. The slight greenish hue of the S-Pen is probably due to the 3D model reflecting some of that blue in the background, making the S-Pen even greenish. Anyway, we thought we'd look at what a bright yellow Note 9 would look like, so we took what we saw in the teaser and created some new render.

Consider the "yellow"

Blue & # 39; clicker & # 39; = blue frame

What's even more interesting is that the "clicker" of the S-Pen is blue while the rest is yellow. This could mean that Samsung is preparing a version of the Note 9 with a yellow background and a blue frame. If you look at previous Samsung devices with S-Pens, the clicker part of the stylus will always be the same color as the frame of the device. Does that mean we get 100% blue-yellow Galaxy Note 9? We can not be 100% sure at the time, but looking back at earlier designs, it's actually possible, so we decided to visualize that possibility as well.

We released the green hue included in the teaser video and tried to visualize what a blue and yellow Samsung Galaxy Note 9 might look like in neutral lighting. We also made a completely yellow render (except the s-pen clicker)

We also tried to get rid of the green cast that was present in the video and render our renderings with the blue background, and tried to imagine instead Galaxy Note 9 with a yellow back look under a bright, white light. Without a greenish complexion it certainly looks better, but we can not be sure if Samsung is considering this for the new color option.

But are you interested in a yellow Samsung Galaxy Note 9? What do you think about the color shown in the teaser? Do you like it, or would you rather have normal yellow and / or "gold"? Tell us in the comments below
