The San Diego Comic-Con-Trailer by Spider-Man introduces Silver Sable

San Diego Comic-Con Continues, So Believe It Better Marvel's Spider-Man has just released a new trailer featuring one of the best enemies of the Web warrior, Silver Sable. Since the game will be released exclusively on PlayStation 4 in just over a month, this is probably one of the last events we'll see before its big debut

in Spider-Man . There's a lot going on in this new Spider-Man story trailer, but the biggest moment was the unveiling of another notable character from the Spiderverse, Silver Sable. In the comics, Silver is the leader of an international mercenary organization that usually serves to hunt down and stop bad guys. But, she's a mercenary, remember, so sometimes she and her thugs fight the wrong side because of their "work for the highest bidder."

That definitely seems to be the case here, as Silver Sable is seeing Spidey having a hard time on several occasions. While we still do not have a super clear picture of the narrative of the upcoming game, we're starting to add more pieces.

We know that Spidey ends up in the middle of a jail break, where several of his biggest enemies – including Rhino, Vulture and Scorpion – deserve early release. We also know that someone other than the first revealed villain, Mister Negative, has orchestrated this whole event.

With this latest trailer, we see that [Spider-Man will fight these enemies over the city and, somewhere along the way, said the city is starting to turn against him. This is of course the place where Silver Sable is hired by Mayor Norman Osborn. People no longer like how Spidey does justice, and now he is a wanted man himself. It's a pretty familiar story in comics, but it makes for good drama. And again, it's all made up of several other trailers, so things may not look quite that way. Feel free to add your own story in the comments below.

Another thing you've probably noticed in this latest trailer is that Spider-Man looks damn good. The cinematics look super hot, and after working practically during the E3 2018, we can confirm that the action in the game is just as fast and exciting.

It was a big year for PlayStation with a game like God of War making the first half of 2018 particularly noteworthy. Now we have Spider-Man which will start on September 8, and based on what we have seen so far, it aims to start the case with a strong note. Let's hope that Insomniac Games can stop the landing.
