While most of the listings contain images depicting the various assets of the property, this agent has taken things in a more frightening direction: James Pyle, a Century 21 broker , chose to generate attention for the listing by including – in each listing photo – scary shots of a man disguised as a murderer of the "scream" franchise lurking around the house, the Lansing State Journal reports.
Fortunately, the masked murderer is not an integral part of the four-bedroom house.

The Ghostface movie icon can be seen while raking a pumpkin in the kitchen going into the backyard and playing with Legos in the living room. He is also seen in more traditional (ie frightening) poses, lurking around corners in the basement and in the bedrooms.
According to the Lansing State Journal, Halloween is one of his favorite holidays. After working for 15 years as a real estate agent, he claims that he has long wanted to promote a house with a horror movie character.

According to Pyle, the backdrop of the house and the timing of the listing have given rise to the perfect opportunity for him to finally establish himself as a slasher-flick Disguise villain.
"My target was 1,000 views," Pyle told the Lansing State Journal. "I just wanted people to look at the list and smile, laugh and have fun, and the reaction was a lot of fun."
