The murderer of Nipsey Hussle made a frantic strike on a car with a driver waiting to move away from the scene – and everything is captured on video.
TMZ has seen the video ̵
As we reported, the driver of the car was interviewed two days after the murder of LAPD investigators, but was allowed to be arrested without driving . As we reported, law enforcement agencies told TMZ, "Sometimes you have to give something to get a lot." The clear hint … the driver gave the cops information.
It's been a few weeks now and the driver has still not been arrested, although our law enforcement agencies told us the LAPD and L.A. County D.A. "actively researching".
A source of law enforcement tells us one of the hangings is whether the driver had knowledge The Murderer – which the police believe Eric Holder – had a gun and wanted to assassinate Nipsey. We are told that the driver insisted that she did not know his intention or that he was armed.
Our sources say, when the car initially rolled to the Marathon Clothing Store, Holder drove and the woman was the passenger. As we know, Holder parked in the mini-mall parking lot next to the store. While the woman was waiting in the car, Nipsey and Holder had their first conversation, in which Nipsey rejected him, after he had suggested he was a snitch – denied the Holder, however.
Contrary to some reports, we are told that the conversation continued without hostility. The two committed themselves with a kind of friendly hand movement, whereupon Holder went to the burger joint in the same mall, ordered something and finally got into the car and left.
We are told that the car came back a short time later to a street connected to the alley leading to the shopping center. The wife was driving and Holder was a passenger. We were told that Holder went outside and went to the mall, she left the car running and waited for him to return.
It is unclear what information police officers want from the woman. There were many witnesses to the murder who said they had an ID holder. Several witnesses tell TMZ that they have not been contacted by the police yet.
