Janice Freeman, the singer who impressed Jennifer Hudson and Miley Cyrus with her incredible talent in the thirteenth season of The Voice reportedly died at the age of 33.
TMZ confirmed with her family that Freeman was home with her husband Dion at home in Pasadena, California on Saturday (March 2) when she began to breathe. After Dion called 911, she was taken to a hospital where she died of a blood clot later in the evening. Billboard has contacted a representative for The Voice .
Hudson was thrilled by Freeman in 2017 when she sang a version of Imagine Dragons with rafters "Radioactive" for her blind audition to The Voice .
She shared her condolences for Freeman's family in the social media, along with the actor's loving thoughts: "We heard the voice of her and the Some life we had to see her live was a blessing and an inspiration for all of us! "
