A pancreas that hurts in my dreams and a truncated little toe – these are all creative excuses people used to leave the gym.
A new poll explored how enthusiastic 2,000 Americans were to exercise – and it turned out that the strange and common excuses that people give to stay home.
Survey results show that too tired (63%), too hot (39%), too cold (39%) or recently (31%) were among the top five excuses.
Other common excuses were too busy at work, the battery for the phone was weak, the sportswear did not fit, and claimed that the kids qualified as a workout could be picked up! 19659002] 28% of the participants blamed their laziness for the lack of fun while exercising while others complained that they were "getting sweaty," "never seeing results," and "feeling judged in the gym."

The poll conducted by OnePoll on behalf of Peerfit also provided clues as to what causes training success and how people can gain power by tempting to find excuses.

Accountability and the worry of abandoning someone else could be the key to resisting the desire to Excuses to find. 65% of respondents admitted that they are more likely to make it to the gym if they intend to go with another person. More than half of the respondents say that actually it is better if they sweat away their fights with a buddy.

But for those who can overcome excuses or exercise at home, success is sweet. It has been shown that yoga improves people's moods. Swimming has been associated with pain relief. Exercise helps to ward off dementia; A simple walk was shown to enhance creativity.
