Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello's chemistry on camera seem to be effortless, but their coordination required a bit of work.
The 20-year-old singer released a behind-the-scenes look at the making of his music video "Señorita" Monday. The music video he made with 22-year-old Cuban-American singer Cabello premiered on YouTube on Thursday.
"This is my worst nightmare," says the star at the beginning of the montage. "Have to dance."
The video then shows a dance rehearsal between the singers, which seems to be going well – until a sequence ends with a thud.
Instead of catching Cabello gracefully, Mendes & # 39; s hand slides and she hits the ground.
Mendes & # 39; s jaw drops and he goes to Cabello and asks if she's okay. Fortunately for Mendes, the former Fifth Harmony member laughs about it.
"You can not just drop Camila Cabello," he tells the camera after the slip-up. I can not do that again, if I do that again, it will be over for me. "
The couple seemed to be in a good mood about the mishap and joked about it on Twitter on Monday. "Do you remember when you FELL ME ?!" Cabello tweeted .
Fans joined to tease the pop star.
"I had a job !!!!!" he replied .
Fans suspect that the title of the video labeled Part 1 means more footage comes in behind the scenes future.
