A woman’s TikTok video showing fainting on the street after drinking a spiked drink has gone viral with its positive message.
The TikTok user, who goes by the name Solo Steph, wrote that two men bought drinks for her and her friend at a bar last year.
“I drank it, she didn’t,” she wrote on the video.

The video then switches to the clip she wrote just five minutes later. It shows how she slumped against a concrete barrier and then slid to the floor, one hand holding a beverage mug and the other holding a pillow under her head.

“It was a scary experience,” she wrote.
The video was part of a trend on the social media platform where users were reminded how to keep themselves and your friends safe in bars or at parties, and users shared their own experiences. Many of the videos use the lyrics “no way” from rapper Kendrick Lamar’s 2012 song “Money Trees” to provide an example of someone who refuses to give a drink to a stranger.

The viral video drew thousands of comments.
Solo Steph, who identified Buzzfeed News as Stephanie Tavares, said the response to her video has been largely supportive. However, there have also been many commentators who accused them of having consumed the drink in the first place.
“Why [the f—] Would you accept a drink from a stranger? “criticized one person.
Even so, she said she believes this is a positive trend because it highlights the issue of spiked beverages and protecting beverages from spiked, Buzzfeed reported.
“I wanted to remind people that it’s not just a fun trend, it’s a serious problem with dangerous consequences,” she told Buzzfeed.
