Travis Scott had the biggest year of his career in 2018 due to the success of his new Astroworld album. He recently celebrated his successes by pulling out a massive $ 450,000 chain that included aspects of the set for his Astroworld: Wish You Were Here Tour.
The piece is inconspicuous to say the least. According to TMZ the piece and the chain contain 150ct VS diamonds and over 1,000 grams of gold. Travis commissioned Avianne and Co. to complete the complicated piece. It was delivered to La Flame during his last tour stop in Los Angeles.
Instead of a common link for the chain, Travis used a train track design that represents the roller coaster he used for his sets on tour. The piece includes ferris wheel, cactus, unicorn, rocket ship and skull, all about the word Astroworld in diamonds.
The extravagant tour set by Travis Scott was one of the most eye-catching memories of late. It became a bone of contention with rocker Tommy Lee, who accused the Texas rapper of tearing down one of his group's set-ups.
"I just found out about this bloody idiot @travisscott or someone in his team who broke the 360 AND THE CREECIFY! WTF !! Get an original idea, Bro …, "Lee wrote on Instagram. DOPE. I get a kind of flattery, but that's just my shit.
Travis does not seem to bother then, and from the looks of his new play, he continues to ignore the hatred.
