This weekend held a rally titled "The Supra Is Back To Japan Fes" instead of Toyota sports cars. TRD used this event to showcase a new Supra with the promised carbon aero parts and 19-inch wheels. The bits are sold separately but currently available only through Japanese distributors to find a way to import them if you just need them for your Supra. Where there is a will, there's a way.
Personally, I find the TRD additives sporty and tasteful. I think the carbon front splitter with canards adds an aggression that the front fairing of the car was badly missing: the side skirts are completely faded, the rear side spoiler and the duck tail are race car suitable.
There is a part that represents an exception to the genius. This "door paneling" looks like it's going a bit too far: it's supposed to look like a side diffuser that sweeps turbulent air over the side of the body, but it looks like a large, arbitrary carbon stain. It was painted in body color. 19659006] The wheels are front 19X9 and rear 19X10. The TRD exclusive wheels are forged aluminum parts in a simple but attractive multi-spoke design.
More pictures of these parts can be found on the TRD website. Importing may be tedious, but it might be worth it if you want your Supra to stand out from the crowd. I would not doubt that TRD will sell these parts sometime in the US, so they may not be unique for ever.
