It will soon be easier to fly the friendly skies of United Airlines into a larger space with more legroom.
United will be upgrading its seating configuration for airplanes flown on national and international routes. Here is a breakdown of the new seating configuration:
- All United Airbus A320 aircraft are being upgraded from 1
- All United Airbus A319 aircraft will have four additional first-class seats, increasing the number to 12 each aircraft.
- On 21 of the 767-300ER aircraft from United, the airline is expanding the number of seats in the business class Polaris from 30 to 46 as well as 22 Premium Economy seats.
- United raises 50 Bombardier CRJ 550 aircraft The new Bombardiers will enter service this summer, flying to and from United's Chicago hub, connecting the airline's home market with smaller cities.
