EA is working on resolving the server issues currently affecting the VIP demo of Anthem.
In a Twitter post by EA Global Community Manager He says to Jesse Anderson, "Servers are SLAMED for the # AnthemGame VIP demo. The team is working on it as we speak. " EA Help Account states that the demo version will be extended with additional server capacity to fix the issues.
The demo version #Anthem is now adding more server capacity, we're working to get everyone involved.

Many players are agents that they can not get into the VIP demo and instead be confronted with errors in getting live service data and that servers reach the maximum capacity .It looks like the official redemption site is also on some Issues
The VIP demo started this morning and runs until January 27th for those who pre-order the game or have subscribed to Origin Access or EA Access.The Open demo will be released one week later by 1st to 3rd of February. BioWare previously explained how the Anthem demo differs from the previous game, including tutorials, correcting balance and errors. You can also test the world premiere of IGN's Anthem demo. BioWare is already responding to player complaints about the game and will implement a social hub.
Anthem arrives on February 22 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
