Updates to Russell Okung, Michael Badgley and Melvin Ingram from the Chargers

Chargers coach Anthony Lynn said the offensive against Russell Okung is progressing day by day and is not practiced today.

According to Lynn, it is promising to hear that he will improve.

Lynn said Okung would meet with the doctors this week. There is still the possibility that he will not flicker a single time this season if he knows how serious the disease is.

Okung suffered a pulmonary embolism during this off-season and ended up on the list of non-football injured at the start of the training camp. After six weeks, he can train again.

When he trains again, Los Angeles has 21

days to decide if he should be included, released or injured in the 53-man squad.

Regarding kicker Michael Badgley, Lynn said he'll be free today and kick tomorrow. It seems he is finally making progress with his right groin and the team would like to give him one more day to rest.

Defensive end Melvin Ingram, who has not played with a hamstring injury since week 4, will be on the pitch side doing individual work. Ingram's status for the weekend matchup against the Titans is unknown.
