WASHINGTON (Reuters) – In 2018, US President Donald Trump received a new 30-year mortgage on a property in West Palm Beach, Florida, according to new financial information released Thursday by the Office of Government Ethics. The $ 5 to $ 25 million mortgage is earning 4.5 percent, according to new records. On a real estate website, the house, which is located near the President's Mar-a-Lago beachfront property overlooking the ocean, is being rented for approximately $ 81,000 per month.
The eight bedroom house is located on the beach. The financial information is required by law and provides an insight into the financial position of the President.
