Beth Chapman's Ohana, friends and fans gathered in Waikiki today for a memorial service commemorating the life of the reality TV star.
She died Wednesday after a long battle against cancer. She was 51. Her death was first announced in a tweet by her husband, Duane "Dog" Chapman.
"It's 5:32 in Hawaii, this is the time she wakes up to hike Koko Head Mountain, just today she's walked up the stairs to heaven, we all love you, Beth, see you on the other side, "he tweeted.
The couple split their time between the homes in Hawaii and Colorado, and Duane Chapman said he brought his wife home to Hawaii when cancer took the worst turn Details will be announced shortly.
Today's service began at 2:00 pm at Fort DeRussy Beach in Waikiki.
