Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has confirmed that its NEX 3 5G will be launched in September, just days after the brand was discovered in JB Hi-Fi Australia.
The brand confirmed the launch of the NEX 3 5G via an official ] Weibo post as the market for 5G devices in the country continues to warm.
As reported in an online hi-fi catalog by JB revealed the stock of Chinese Vivo and Xiaomi smartphones, to the shock of many market observers.
The NEX 3 5G is the Vivo iQOO Pro 5G after the recent release of Vivo's second 5G smartphone.
It is highly anticipated that Snapdragon 855 or the newer 855+ will be included and the Snapdragon X50 modem will be implemented for 5G speeds.
Some leaked sketches of the phone reveal a circular configuration for the 64MP triple camera har dware in the back.
It also showed the front of the unit with one of the highest screen-to-body ratios of 99.6% and a view of the waterfall Vivo-inspired screen design.
The display looks quite large (estimated to be over 6.5 inches) and will either be a FullHD + or a QHD + panel.
Vivo has also confirmed this Additional 3.5mm headphone jack and plenty of RAM, although exact numbers have been stated.
The smartphone is also expected to have a 44-W fast charge function.
