SpaceX & # 39; s Next Generation Rocket, formerly known as Starhopper, attempted to fly unaided this week for the first time. On Thursday, July 25, a test prototype of the Starship rocket in a launch facility in Boca Chica, Texas, above the ground could float cargo (precious or otherwise) to space targets like the Moon and Mars. However, it is currently believed that the rocket has reached a height of about 60 feet. Elon Musk shared the successful test flight in a series of tweets that included footage from a drone and a motor camera. Look below.
In a series of earlier tweets, Musk stated that this particular test flight would be the first in a series of flights where the MK1
spacecraft would reach the upper atmosphere within a few months.  As you can see from the footage below, the flight was mostly obscured by smoke. However, if Elon Musk's previous efforts are important, we can be sure that it was a resounding success.
