Melvin Gordon certainly does not seem to be confused by the winter in New England.
The Los Angeles Chargers arrived with the Patriots in Providence, California on Friday night ahead of Sunday's match of the AFC Divisional Round. As you may have heard, temperatures at Gillette Stadium are expected to be below freezing for the duration of the game.
It was similarly cold – about 16 degrees – when the Chargers landed in the capital of Rhode Island, but Gordon did not seem to mind.
"This is weather in Wisconsin, baby."
The returning star played a college ball at the University of Wisconsin (with patriots who ran back from James White), so he was used to playing at sub-zero temperatures ,
We will soon find out how the rest of his teammates will fare in the bitter cold.
Will the weather really play a role in the Patriots-Chargers game? >>
